A GUIDE TO A HAPPY LIFE

IF YOU WANT A HAPPY LIFE YOU HAVE TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE, FOR THAT YOU NEAD TO BE RELAX, HAVE A BALACE DIET AND DO SPORTS.
SPORTS ARE VERRY IMPORTANT FOR OUR BODY SO YOU HAVE TO DO 2 OR 3 HOURS A DAY AND 1 OR 2 SPORTS. IF YOU DO LOT OF SPORT, YOU HAVE TO EAT WELL AND BALANCE YOUR DIET. YOUR FOOD HAVE TO BE NUTRITIVE, AND IF YOU DO LOT OF SPORTS YOU HAVE TO EAT A LOT, FAST FOOD ISN'T GOOD FOR US AND ISN'T HEALTHY.
YOU NEED TO BE RELAX, BECAUSE IF YOU ARE RELAX AND CALM YOU CAN DO BETTER THE THINGS YOU HAVE TO DO
