Watch what you eat,don't eat too much junk food!If you do that you'll probably be in overweight,and thats not good.You should also do much exercise,going for a walk half an hour a day can help very much.Don't wait to be thirsty to drink water.You should also know where does the food you eat come from,if it's from a dirty place,you shouldn't eat it.
It's important to sleep well, because if you don't you will be sleepy and stressed
